    Missing Part

    The Remote advertised is not included in my order. I have been told that there is no remote option.
    I ordered the unit with the idea that there was a remote. I am unable to put the boots on and start the unit without assistance. I don’t want to accuse you of false advertising, but the remote is obvious in your picture.

Our product does not come with a remote option, and we don't understand how this may have been misleading from the photo.
