does not work correctly

when i replaced the tubing it works backwards, airing up the thigh first. have tried working with customer service with no success. they told me to hook it up backwards...paid to have this work correctly

Exactly what we needed. Our last one had a split starting at one of the tube 'joints' where the 4 tubes merge together within the protective sleeve. Fast shipping and works great!
